- If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original method of payment, with no cancellation fee.
- For orders that have already been shipped, we kindly ask that you follow our return process upon receipt. A refund will be issued according to our refund policy, minus any shipping fees.

Additional Terms:
- To maintain fairness and manage operational costs, orders canceled after processing but before shipment are subject to a minimal cancellation fee of 10%. This fee covers part of the processing, handling, and restocking costs.
- We've adjusted our cancellation fee to be more accommodating, ensuring it remains reasonable and transparent to our customers.
